Booking Policy – The Braidologist LDN​

📅 Appointments

• Appointment slots: 10AM / 11AM only for Smedium Knotless Braids and Starter Locs. Please book within these times to avoid rescheduling.

• The time stated for each style is an estimate and may vary depending on your hair.

• Appointments after 6PM are considered out of hours and will incur an additional £20 fee.

• Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of your booking time.

💰 Deposits

• A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

• Deposits are only refunded in the rare case that I cancel your appointment.

🧼 Hair Preparation

• Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and blow-dried, with minimal to no product.

• Detangling and blow-drying can be provided for an additional £15 – please request this in advance.

• I only use pre-pulled braiding hair.

• Hair is not provided – please ensure you bring the correct type and amount for your chosen style.

• If you would like a custom colour, this can be arranged with notice prior to your appointment.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time and no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.

• If you are running late, communication is essential.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

• If you still wish to be seen and there is availability, a £20 late fee will apply.
